Reach levels A1 to C2 CEFR levels

French by EPITA Team is composed of dynamic and passionate teachers, all graduated and specialized in French as a foreign language teaching.

French as a foreing language programs, professionnal, fun, communicative and intercultural, are elaborated regarding the CEFR recommendations. The Centre offers complete programs to reach all the reference levels: A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2.

Before the beginning of each program, the pedagogical team gives an orientation test to each student in order to know his French level. The aim is to place the student in a groupe adapted to his level. Each competence level proposed by the CEFR is reachable through several steps and according a rythm adapted by French by EPITA.

The regular conversation with French teachers, exams throughout the whole program and a final exam in the of of the journey allow to observe the student's progress and the French level obtained.

An innovative pedagogy

EPITA entities always make sure to be at the cutting edge of innovation. Therefore, French by EPITA proposed a modern learning process, which does not only include grammar but all the linguistic and cultural practices that teachers transmit to their students. In a continuous search of improvement, the teachers are often trained to the pedagogical innovations and latest teaching methods.

Teachers are able to adapt to every teaching way thanks to the material available in French by EPITA Centre. Wether it is on site courses, online or hybrid, the teaching team adapts the content and offers a variety of activites to the students, in order for them to be able to listen, read, speak and write French in the end of the program. The classrooms are equiped with interactive TVs allowing to show reports, do interactive games, study language with songs, etc.

A content adapted to the students' interests

In order to favor interactions and allow a training adapted to each student, they are divided in several group levels with a maximum of 16 students in each. Depending on the public (scientific or artistic) and the aims (personal or professional), the team conceives a tailor-made program that responds to the students requirements.

In order to make the classes funnier and more motivating, teachers work with learning materials that are varied and recent (Internet, videos, literature, radio, cinema, etc.), according to the students' interests. Several linguistic workshops are offered regarding their needs: phonetics, vocabulary (professional French, academic French), conversation, etc. They with help getting deeper in the facts learned in class and develop other French skills.

Because culture is part of the learning-process, the team not only uses innovative materials, but is also happy to invite and guide students in discovering emblematic places of Paris and the French way of life.
